YOUR GOALS. YOUR STARTING POINT.
Our three pillars can support different goals, settings, and training needs. We start with a conversation about what you want to achieve and the adjustments that help you participate.
Cardio & endurance
Build aerobic fitness and stamina with a plan shaped around your experience, preferred activities, and recovery.
Bodybuilding & muscle gain
Structured resistance training for muscle development, physique goals, and consistent progress. We tailor exercise selection and training volume to you.
HYROX & event preparation
Prepare for the running, strength, and endurance demands of fitness events such as HYROX. We build your plan around the event and your starting point; we are not affiliated with HYROX.
Boxing & MMA conditioning
Strength and conditioning that complements your boxing or MMA coaching, with attention to your sport schedule and recovery. These sessions focus on physical preparation, not combat-technique instruction.
Low-impact training & personal goals
Options for building strength, improving fitness, reducing body fat, or moving more comfortably. We can adjust impact, pace, equipment, rest periods, and exercise range.
Movement for desk-based work
Practical mobility, strength, and movement breaks for people who spend much of their day sitting. Available for individuals and workplace teams.
Corporate wellness packages
Combine 10–20 minute movement breaks, 45-minute classes, mobility sessions, and educational workshops in a package designed around your workplace.
Retreat sessions
Group movement, strength, and mobility sessions tailored to your retreat’s schedule, location, and participants. Contact us to discuss group size and accessibility needs.
Pregnancy training
Individualized exercise adjusted to your experience, stage of pregnancy, symptoms, and prenatal clinician’s guidance. We discuss suitability and any restrictions before training.
Training with chronic illness
We welcome inquiries from people living with chronic illness, including mast cell activation syndrome (MCAS). Before accepting a program, we discuss whether we can accommodate your needs within our training scope and your treating clinician’s guidance. Training is not medical treatment, and suitability is assessed individually.
Tell us about accessibility preferences or adjustments you’d like to discuss. Save detailed medical information for a private intake conversation.
